Programme Governance

To support the efficient execution of ASUR a programme management office has been established. The structure of this team has been selected to ensure cost-effective programme delivery, with only the core management functions of technical direction, programme and sub-contract management paid for from the contract.

The ASUR organisation structure is shown below. The programme organisation has been split into three key functions:

  • The Steering Group which provides overall direction of the ASUR programme
  • The ASUR Programme Office which is responsible for programme delivery
  • The Technical Coordination Team (working with the Independent Technical Director and the Dstl ASUR Lead), which is responsible for coordinating the research activities undertaken within ASUR
